This 1995-1996 school year video, introduced by the then officers of the Associated Students organization at San Diego State University, provides general information about the group and the services and facilities it runs. After the introductions much of the video itself is identical to the one released the prior year (1994-1995) which is also available in this collection at AS1994-1995. Various voiceovers provide additional information regarding the AS organization on campus, including services and facilities run by the group, such as Aztec Center, Mission Bay Aquatic Center, and the Open Air Theatre. There is footage of an Associated Students Council meeting in Aztec Center. There is bloopers footage at the end.
