This brief clip describes the history and growth of San Diego State, both the physical campus and the academic programs offered by the college/university. It also covers the inception of KPBS (originally KEBS) on the SDSU campus, and the school's growing broadcasting department. The first clip of Hepner Hall has the western portal labeled "Business Administration," and the KEBS studio in the Communication Building (then "Speech Arts") is labeled. The latter part of the film is dedicated to the television production facilities and classes on campus. This short video was directed and photographed by Robert D. Gardner. It has narration and music in the background.
