Copland's "Fanfare for the Common Man" opens the sound file (ending at about 3 minutes). According to the program, this and the other pieces were conducted by Zoltan Rozsnyai. The rest of the program involves a large choral contingent: San Diego City College Concert Choir (James Paul, director); San Diego Mesa College Olympic Chorale (Robert E. Heninger, director); Grossmont College Choir (Robert Emile, director); Palomar College Concert Choir (Joseph Stanford, director), and the San Diego Symphonic Chorale (Robert Emile, director, and Howard D. Small, assistant director). David Geistweit and Michael Dewart are the soloists during the first two movements of the following "Chichester Psalms" (starting at about 3 minutes, ending at around 22 minutes) by Bernstein. Since there is a long pause on the tape at about 53 minutes, it seems possible that Mahler's "Symphony Number 2 in C Minor" was divided up between movements. It features soloists Marilyn Rue (soprano) and Carolyne McDaniel (alto), starting at around 23 minutes.
