"Vets for Peace" antiwar demonstration, 1971

This group of unidentified protesters has a banner with a "peace symbol" (semaphore for "ND" or nuclear disarmament) with the text "Vets for Peace." Some also carry signs reading "Vets against the war" and "Vets for Peace." At least one person wears a helmet. They are on a corner of University Avenue, possibly at a crossing over the 805 freeway under construction. This is in an album, the photographer possibly Jess Jessop.
