Started in 1970, Sunrise: A Journal of Change was an underground newspaper authored by faculty and staff at San Diego State College that focused on campus issues. A sticker on the front page of this issue warns that the planned Quicksilver concert has been "Banned by SDSC" (San Diego State College) and "moved to Sports Arena," meaning the arena that became Qualcomm.
