This brochure promotes the war tax refusal campaign. It explains the campaign, and includes a list of other pamphlets from the War Resisters League. The telephone excise tax was restored by legislation at a point when it was scheduled to be progressively reduced, to help pay for the Vietnam War. According to the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee, this brochure was written by Karl Meyer in 1966.
