This flyer was created by the Indochina Peace Campaign to encourage citizens to vote against Wilson, who is alleged to have voted for the war in Vietnam. Wilson was reelected 13 times to various redistricted San Diego Congressional districts, starting with the 30th District. This would have been for the 40th District. There is a reproduction of a photograph.

The year has been written in at the bottom of the flyer.
