This describes the recent dismissal of Peter Bohmer and actions by Chancellor Glenn Dumke under Executive Order 113 (Disciplinary Action Procedures). "Railroad" is used in the sense of pushing to a foregone conclusion. Here again, uneven typing on a manual typewriter to make the stencil for this mimeographed paper has led to difficult reading.
