This flyer promotes the San Diego events of an emergency nationwide moratorium to end the war in Vietnam. After a lull, President Richard M. Nixon ordered continued bombing of North Vietnam in April and December.
Anti-war and anti-draft activist David Harris was scheduled to speak at the rally on the "Air War Vote Initiative," a California anti-war ballot initiative in 1972 supported by Harris's wife Joan Baez.
