Florence Goss, William Jenkins, and an unidentified woman read a document. Goss formed the women's committee of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra in 1949 and served as the chairman of the Board of Directors from 1953-56, and in 1959. Jenkins served as the chairman of the board from 1974-1976. They are in a skyscraper office with a window looking out over San Diego.
