The vehicles are on a street near a park. This is most likely Pantoja Park (also known as "Hobo Park") in downtown San Diego, the staging area from which the marches or parades began during the 1970s. The original print is bleached by light exposure, has partial deterioration at top and bottom, and a slight bend.
