An unidentified performer plays a guitar as cafe patrons sit at a table. Behind the performer quilts hang on walls. The Lost Womyn's Space blog describes the Wing Cafe as a "feminist restaurant-gallery-performance space on B Street" that only admitted women. The year 1984 was originally applied to this photograph, but the Lambda Archives's timeline website gives the date of closing as 1982.
