An unidentified person holds a string of Christmas lights as if it were a feather boa. The superimposed speech balloon reads, "Cheryl Tiegs, eat your heart out." According to Lambda Archives, this took place at US Mission House at 26th and E or F Street. There is a United States Mission transitional house on Quail Street in 2016.
