The railing in the foreground is on the balcony on the side opposite the arches shown. The courtyard (referred to in the scrapbook in which this photograph is embedded as "court") is now paved and the sycamore relocated to its center (here on the left) is enclosed. The dedication is a little more than 2 months off at this point.
