The unidentified person sitting on the back of the red convertible is probably a member of the Imperial Court de San Diego, since non-royalty generally do not wear crowns or tiaras. They are on the Sixth Avenue side of the City Delicatessen & Bakery, having jut made the turn south from University Avenue toward Balboa Park and the Pride festival.
