Righteously Outstanding Twirling Corps in Pride parade, 2003

The corps (abbreviated R.O.T.C.) parade contingent goes through the motions of rifle twirling with white plastic replicas. Members of the corps wear a uniform of khaki short-sleeved shirts with camouflage caps and shorts. One twirler in the foreground faces the camera and smiles. The street sign above him places this at the beginning of the 600 block of University Avenue.
