Unidentified people dance beside a float (entry number 096) carrying two people in sashes of contest winners, the one on the right "Ms[?] Tom Boy 99." The truck carrying the float displays Mexican and United States flags and a rainbow poncho. Just behind the cab someone in a traditional Spanish dress holds onto a post next to someone in a feathered headdress. Other flags are displayed hanging from the truck bed.
