Czar Dean rides on the back of a black convertible with unidentified marchers walking behind him in the Pride parade. A banner on the car reads, "Czar Dean--Candidate for Emperor XXVIII." A rainbow flag and a Leather Pride flag are flown on either side of the parade car. The driver identified himself in his blog in 2014 as Papa Tony. They are in front of Rich's nightclub.
