A column of balloons arranged in five rainbow colors blows upwards in Balboa Park, tied to the statue of Kate Sessions there. The box on the right next to the statue is part of the display, and the plaque on the left tells a little of her story along with the name of the sculptor, Ruth Hayward. The statue is near the southwest corner of El Prado and Balboa Drive, Sefton Plaza.
