Unidentified marchers hold two flags each as they walk in the street. The man on the right wears rainbow swim trunks and boots with a cowboy hat as he carries the flag of Georgia (1956-2001) on the right and the flag of West Virginia on the left. In the middle another man carries an old flag of Mississippi (to 1996). Other flags are not identifiable.
