Man of the Year Doug Case waves to the crowd from the back of a green convertible at Pride parade. Case was employed by the Division of Student Affairs at San Diego State University, where he was an advisor to the Alpha Delta Chapter of the Delta Lambda Phi fraternity. He was also a volunteer for the San Diego Democrats for quality, and president of the College Area Community Council. His driver is unidentified.
