Cozens, Robert C.
Cozens just visited with Fitzek and Spitter at Quonset Point, Rhode Island, where they are both instructors. Before that, "we" (most likely with his wife Pat) spent time with Bower and Mrs. Forbes in Washington. Franklin Walker was a surprise visitor to Cozens's office, and he sees Chuck Kerch and J. P. Bell "often." He has lost Dr. Richardson's address and would like to contact him. Cozens closes with "Pat and Robby [his son] send their best."
