Cook, James C.
Cook is now at the School of Mines and sends a later draft, "half as long," of his poem, asking if Lauren Post likes it better. He says the Army Specialized Training Program is a "wonderful education," but "all this engineering study is just about getting an old [San Diego] State [College] art study down." He and his roommates climbed an 8,000-foot mountain four Sundays ago and had a "swell" time but he doesn't want to do it again soon.
