Clemmer, Leslie Curtis
Clemmer cautions Lauren Post not to "let the news letter take all of your free time." He asks him how "the rope expert" is. He tells of the sights and waystations along his path "back to Chicago," where he writes on United States Naval Midshipmen's School stationery. He also talks about the details of Navy life there and the city and the "nice" people. Transportation and baseball games are free to the armed forces.
