Childress, Herbert J., Jr.
Childress sends an address for his brother Earl M. for the Aztec News Letter. He and his mother received the last newsletter, and she wants him to thank Lauren Post. Although he is the only one from San Diego State College in his battery, "all of my officers read it and then it's passed on to other batteries." He encloses a check, announces his promotion, and signs off by sending regards to "all the old gang" in the Fiji Islands.
