Carter, Richard Joseph
On stationery from the First Academic Company Parachute School, Carter writes that he sees no one else from San Diego State, so he enjoys the Aztec News Letter. He saw a film from Great Britain about the need for censorship, how "little bits of information dropped from time to time can cause great harm," showing "what happens to a Commando raid when the element of surprise was counted on, but was lacking due to a leak."
