Butcher, Warren A.
Burrows, William "Bill"
Bill Burrows looks "funny" with his new Marine haircut for boot camp. Butcher talks about the details of life in camp, including the single utility spoon and the "square-jawed" drill instructors who refer to the men in this officer-candidate camp as "playboys" and "pansies" who have lived "a luxurious life at college." Stan Weinrich is another San Diego State College alumnus in their group. "Butch" signs for both himself and Bill "wee willie" Burrows.
