Bethard, William F.
Bethard is medical officer on the United States Ship Levy, a destroyer escort working with oilers in the South Pacific. Bethard submits his address for the Aztec News Letter. From San Diego State College he has met only Chet Young, who gave him copies of the newsletter, "the idea of a genius." His job "may or may not be a busy one." Victory Mail was microfilmed, shipped, then developed for delivery.
