Best transferred to the Navy, and his copy of the Aztec News Letter finally caught up with him, reminding him to send his new address. He had been in England, now stationed at Corpus Christi, and writes that he "can't complain too much" "because I did ask or foreign duty." Best says the newsletter "is great."
