Beck, Johnny
Beck writes on Marine Corps stationery for Camp Pendleton, where he is "standing by." "There's really nothing like it," but "sometimes I wonder what I'm doing jumping out of planes." He thinks a reunion is a "wonderful idea" and wants to be remembered to Jerry Patrick "and all the boys." His B Company had marched from Camp Elliott in La Jolla to join the other parachute battalions at Camp Pendleton.
