Westland, John L.
Typing on memorandum paper from the United States Naval Air Station at Pensacola, Westland says the Aztec News Letter arrived on the same day he was promoted and "the president signed the new pay bill." Although he was in Los Angeles there was no time to visit San Diego. He sends news of Dick Cormier and asks about Victor Talbot. He offers to help with the News Letter in any way he can.
