Trease, Bill
Writing on a Victory Mail photographic target form, Trease says he graduated from photography school and was on the West Coast before being sent overseas. He sends his new address, with regards to Leslie Brown and Walter Phillips, regretting that he didn't get a chance to visit San Diego State College while in the area. Victory Mail was shipped as microfilm and developed for delivery.
