Searl, Edward Lewis, III
Lieutenant Searl regrets the loss of Milky Phelps. He is hoping he can go "up" with the fighter squadron after showing the "Fighting Aztecs" banner on the Aztec Service Men's News Letter. Otherwise his assignments between India and China have not yielded "a fight." He describes living and environmental conditions. In closing, he sends a "hello to any Phi Lambs you might see." Searl was killed in action during the war.
