Rodney, Joseph A.
On a Victory Mail form Rodney sends news of men in his unit, Wallace McAnulty, John Finan, Don Phillips, Kenny Hendren, and Lee Harned. He writes about "morale boxes" from the Army and asks if the newsletter could add a year beside names. Further, Rodney asks what about credit toward a degree for armed forces schools, or are there extension or correspondences courses? Victory Mail microfilm was developed for delivery.
