Roche, John F.
Roche is "greatly pleased" that "Jane Russell is now an Aztec" (student of San Diego State College). He is not sure how she could have been "initiated" in the company of Bob Menke but she "seems to have come through the experience in good shape (she definitely has one)." Although glad to be promoted to captain by the newsletter, Roche says it is a secret from the Army. In closing he asks the newsletter editor to give Russell "my love."
