Sergeant Reese encloses a Camp Carson Mountaineer, a newspaper that covered his detachment at the Veterinary Station Hospital. They do everything there except "transportation over seas of animals, remount training, laboratory experimentation and inspections ante-mortem and post mortem at packing establishments." The stationery from The Oxford Hotel Denver reflects a weekend pass, seeing the Elitely Players.
