Reese, Edward A.
Camp Carson is new, with unfinished buildings. Reese is in the Veterinary Service, inspecting meat and dairy products until the Veterinary Hospital is ready. Although the local Young Men's Christian Association lets soldiers swim and shower free, the rest in town want "to make money out of this war." He gives addresses for Robert Falconer and Billy Miller and mentions the death of his "close friend" John Megrew.
