Noel, Robert J.
Noel describes hazing at the Midshipman's School. His class is conditionally ordering uniforms in anticipation of a December graduation. He will have to send in an address change when he has one after that. Having heard of the commando training at San Diego State College, he commends it. Before signing off he recounts a joke only "a service man" would understand about a captain and a nervous sentry.
