McAnulty, Audrey E.
Mrs. McAnulty writes to thank the Service Men's Newsletter editor for his kindness in sending her son Wallace a letter and the San Diego State College Aztec newspaper. She quotes Wallace expressing gratitude, then tells about her son's experience with Equator-crossing ceremonies. "Even in the midst of great danger," she says, it is good that these "American youth" could have a "little fun" becoming "shellback."
