Long, Anthony
Gordon Dawson lent his copy of the armed forces newsletter to Long, and he "passed it on and it certainly made the rounds." Most have been overseas for nearly two years, first to Pearl Harbor during the December 1941 attack. Long mentions Staff Sergeant Childress, who received a Purple Heart and is at Officer Training School, and James Willey, Boyd Thompson, brother J. V. Long, and C. V. Fry. Censorship prevents his naming all.
