Kenney, Richard F.
Kenney has cut out the location of the Royal Air Force station, saying "news from home is as scarce as sugar" with no one else from San Diego or San Diego State College. As a former member of the "local" Naval Reserve, Kenney knew Bill Harshaw, Kenneth Wade, and Don Robertson. Local weather forecasters look to the hills: if they aren't seen it is raining, and if they are "it is going to rain."
