Jennings, Frederick Merrick
Ensign Jennings is moving to New London for more "school in sub[marine]s" and hopes to see "some of the gang." "Winning those coveted dolphins" is harder than he thought but he looks forward to engagement. Modern submarines are much improved. He saw Lee Packard and Bob and Edwin Barker's parents, Commander and Mrs. Barker, both of San Diego State College.
