Grant, Harold B.
Lieutenant Grant writes that he has "seen none of the ocean" despite being in the Navy. He has been on the East Coast for training and until January expects to be in Chicago for "advanced aviation" ground school, specifically the Naval Air Technical Training Center at 87th and Anthony Avenue, Chicago. At this school mechanics were trained to build and repair aircraft.
