Fenn, David F.
Ensign Fenn has been away from San Diego State College for five years but still finds the newsletter interesting and would like to have copies of past issues. He left Midshipman's School in New York to embark from San Francisco, and in between the ship to which he was assigned was sunk, so he has had to wait for his "new ship--a destroyer," the United States Ship Bulmer, just arrived.
