Chavis, Thomas N.
This "Air Mail" letter begins with an expression of shock at the death of "Milky" Phelps and continues with congratulating "Wally" McAnulty who is "bucking that line when the going gets tough." Chavis is appreciative of the Aztec student newspaper and says "it seems like old times on the campus" when they receive it.
