Sugar Loaf Rock is visible at the northwest edge of Avalon Bay just to the right of the middle of the photograph and just above a ship. The publisher's number on the back is 5174. Although the back is divided, only a return address is allowed in the left panel, indicating that the card was produced (in Germany) around the time that United States postal regulations changed to allow divided backs.
