The "W" flag was a logo used by Wilmington Transportation Company, and the motto in the middle, "Catalina--California's Magic Isle" was part of their promotional campaign. The company served Santa Catalina Island exclusively. No publisher is given; however, publisher's numbers are sometimes given in stamp boxes, and this one is filled with a cancelled, intact postage stamp. There is a legible postmark.
