The man on the left is still holding a line to the rowboat on the beach, as if he were still engaged in tying it up. On the left farther up the beach is a short pier, and in the distance on the right is Sugar Loaf Rock. The publisher's number is 2825. Although there is no attribution, there is a number in the middle at the top of the back, a typical place and style for a number belonging to publisher, printer and creator Curt Teich. According to the Curt Teich Postcard Archives dating guide, A-11797 represents the year 1910.
