Anyone with a camera could have taken and published the photograph on the picture side of this card using the "Real Photo" process in which a negative could be taken to a developer who would print photographs onto postcard backing made by photo-paper manufacturers. In this case the paper was made by Dops between the years 1925 and 1942. The postmark is for 1936, but no month or day is visible.
