Divided postcard back with a Real Photo processed photograph on the front, with four women at a little house
A raised Christmas seal has been placed over the stamp box, so dating of the paper used to process this Real Photo Post Card cannot be accomplished. It must, however, have been made after about March of 1907, when postal regulations changed to allow messages to be written beside addresses on the back of the card (known as a "divided back"). A Christmas message has been written into both portions of the back, and there is no postage stamp, so it was probably enclosed in an envelope to be mailed. The writer of the message, Emma F. Way, may be one of the four women shown in the photograph on the other side.
